• Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 business days.

• Registered tracking is sent via email confirmation.

• Be patient if your tracking has not updated immediately.

• All orders are packed securely and ship in authentic whiplash mailers. Do not tell me how to pack your order.

• Inquires regarding sold-out items or tracking numbers will be ignored.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Orders may not be cancelled, NO EXCEPTIONS.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

• Failure to follow instructions will result in a full cancellation and refund.
